These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Outdoor Quest website ("Website") and the purchase and use of the game booklets or Quest PDFs ("Products") provided by Outdoor Quest ("Company"). By accessing the Website and purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or purchasing Products.

1. Definitions

1.1 "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Website or purchases and uses the Products.

1.2 "Products" refers to the game booklets or Quest PDFs sold by the Company through the Website.

2.2 Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Products without prior written consent from the Company.

3.1 By purchasing a game booklet from Outdoor Quest, you are acquiring a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the provided Quest PDF for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence is granted solely to the purchaser and is strictly for their personal enjoyment and use. 

3.2 Each player participating in the Quest is required to obtain a separate licence by purchasing a game booklet. This licence does not permit the sharing, distribution, reproduction, or resale of the Quest PDFs to individuals who have not purchased a Quest.

4. Prohibited Sharing and Distribution

4.1 For the avoidance of doubt, the purchased Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or transferring the PDF quests to individuals who have not purchased them.

4.2 Users found to be in violation of this provision may be subject to legal action and liable for any damages incurred by the Company as a result of such unauthorised sharing or distribution.

4.3 If you wish to share the Products with others, please direct them to the Website to make their own purchase.

5. Purchase and Delivery

5.1 By purchasing Products from the Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and payment details. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.

5.2 The Products are delivered in the form of downloadable PDF files. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link for the purchased Product.

5.3 The Company cannot be held responsible for any technical issues that may prevent the successful delivery of the Products. However, if you experience any difficulties, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6.1 The prices for the Products are clearly displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.

6.2 All payments must be made in full and in the currency specified on the Website at the time of purchase.
